Ingredients (all organic): White peony, nettle, dandelion leaf, skullcap, holy basil, rose petal

Brewing Instructions: Steep 1 tablespoon per cup of hot water for 10-20 minutes, using a lid to cover the tea. The longer the steep, the stronger the flavor. If using a disposable tea bag, fill 1 bag with 1 tablespoon.
