it seems to help...after a while tho my body seems to get used to what I am taking and then it is less effective. It just seems to be me and not any of the products I am taking.

Great for me, not for my sister

I have tremendous success with ESTROVERA! I only take vitamins and minerals, no "medications". When I first started on my journey into menopause, I had mood swings hot/cold flahes-but not severe like my triplet sister. Since I have been using the plant based, non-hormonal, ESTROVERA, I feel very even keeled. I definitely recommend this product for women with mild symptoms like myself!

Great...for me

I bought this for my sister after I was prescribed Estrovera by my doctor. (Mine comes through metagenics. Exact same product!) It doesn't work for her so we'll, but for me it's phenomenal! I have minimal hot flashes and even less mood swings! I am extremely satisfied with Estrovera natural!!!
