Remedy offers the Ecotest COVID-19 IgG/IgM Antibody Rapid Test Device which is rapid lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay intended for the qualitative detection and differentiation of IgM and IgG antibodies to SARS-CoV-2. The Ecotest COVID-19 IgG/IgM Rapid Test Device is intended for use as an aid in identifying individuals with an adaptive immune response to SARS-CoV-2, indicating recent or prior infection.

**At this time, it is unknown for how long antibodies persist following infection and if the presence of antibodies confers protective immunity.
HOW TESTING WORKS

Book an appointment for a 15 minute time slot online

Park and come to Remedy front door and give your name

Remedy employee will assist with sample collection (approx 5 min). You are free to leave after sample collection.

You will find out your results via phone call after they are resulted (~30 minutes). If you need paper documentation of your test results we are able to provide that as well.

FAQ
1. Does insurance cover testing?
We encourage all patients to submit for insurance reimbursement. You will be provided with all the necessary information that would be needed to submit for reimbursement (ICD 10 Code, Remedy EIN) on your receipt which is emailed to you after check out. Although we are happy to help answer questions and provide all the necessary documentation we can not guarantee that your insurance will cover your test.
2. If I have a positive antibody test does it mean that I do not need to get a vaccine?
At this time (1/12/21) the CDC is not recommending antibody testing prior to vaccination to help decide if someone should or should not receive a vaccine. The CDC recommends everyone who can get vaccinated.
3. Will this test work for travel restrictions/requirements?
Antibody testing is not generally required for travel as it does not signify the presence or absence of an active infection
4. Can I call and book over the phone or in person instead of online?
We are sorry but at this time all booking must be made online.
5. I don't want to create a PayPal account. How do I pay without signing up for PayPal?
